In above circuit, any address 0xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx will address to the ADC.
Procedure of using ADC
1. "Write" to ADC to start a conversion. The conversion may take several hundred uS.
2. Wait "INTR" from ADC, which indicates the finish of conversion.
3. "Read" from ADC to read the converted data.

Procedure of using ADC0820
1. Set /CS and /RD to low to start a conversion. The conversion only take 2.5 uS.
2. Wait RDY from ADC0820, which indicates the finish of conversion.
3. Read DB0~DB7 from ADC0820.
4. Set /RD and /CS to high to end a cycle.
